Roig Robí is synonymous with flavour, comfort and elegance. The restaurant believes in honest cuisine, heir to traditional Catalan flavours, but with a contemporary twist to please today's palates. Chef Mercè Navarro works with fresh fish and seafood, delivered twice a day; beef from the Pyrenees denomination of origin; lamb from the Esgueva valley; suckling pig from Huelva; truffles, mushrooms and asparagus purchased directly from pickers, etc.
The menu features simply and tastefully prepared dishes like rice with espardenyes (sea cucumber), sea bass and shrimp tartare, and oven-baked fresh fish with potatoes on the side. The wine cellar provides a perfect match for every dish, as does the beautiful décor and gorgeous courtyard garden.
