In Quechua, the language of the indigenous people of Peru, pakta means “together, union”. The restaurant chose Pakta as its name to reflect a fascinating fusion of flavours: Japanese meets Peruvian.
Under the guidance of chef Jorge Muñoz and Albert Adrià, nikkei cuisine reaches its finest expression at Barcelona's Pakta restaurant. The fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine—for some the best culinary combination in the world—results in uniquely surprising delicacies like king crab maki causa, soy yuba with black truffles, Huancaína-style soba, and seasonal ceviche.
Perfection permeates every detail, from the exquisite presentation of the food to the internationally acclaimed, award-winning interior design.
