Koy Shunka means “intense seasonal aroma” in Japanese. The name reflects the philosophy shared by the restaurant and its chef Hideki Matsuhisa, who focuses on Japanese-Mediterranean fusion based on high-quality ingredients.

The elegant restaurant offers two tasting menus. On the Koy menu, we find delectable white asparagus, aroma of yuzu and sesame, and lobster tataki. The more extensive (G)astro menu features delights like imperial caviar, turbot with Japanese mushrooms, and a whole lot more. Both menus, of course, wouldn’t be complete without the ultimate classic: sushi.
