Dos Palillos is both a tapas and an Asian restaurant, featuring Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese recipes. The creative minds behind Dos Palillos also gave it a unique personality. The result is a select gastronomic experience made all the more memorable by the open kitchen—a window into the chefs' world as they prepare and directly serve guests their food.
The restaurant has two separate spaces. At the Asian-style bar, Dos Palillos serves a tasting menu, which includes a range of dishes such as yuba-mochi, three-coloured soy, or Peking duck. At the more informal tapas bar, the menu features a wide variety of cold, fried, steamed, wok-style, grilled and barbequed dishes, plus desserts.
